Purchased a gaming chair for $59.99 on 12/25/2018, recieved purchase confirmation but no shipping confirmation. Never received product, I tried to conduct company multiple times for a refund and email is not vaild.

This company is total SCAM. We ordered a gamer chair for our son around Christmas, called the number to follow up on the product and all we got was a full voicemail. DO NOT order from this company!! The Website is Dualsmok however the name and number that showed up on my bank statement is Elysian Marketing 905-949-2224.

I ordered a chair from them almost a month ago. The payment went through and I got a order number. Their website says a tracking number would have been sent out after 7 business days. I have yet to hear from them and I’ve tried emailing them and get no response. Do not order from them as they are not worried about customer service nor satisfaction. They just want money.

I purchased for my son a gaming chair from Dualsmok.com on 1/14/19 for $59.99 and was also charged &0.48 "Visa International Service Assessment" fee. Chair has never arrived. I have tried MANY times to contact customer support via email "[email protected]" as well as call the telephone number listed on the purchase statement on my bank account: "Elysian Marketing Inc (905)-949-2224" and get no answer for either.

They do not provide the product you purchased, and just take your money. The website looks legitimate, but is not.

i seen an ad on facebook for a gaming chair. and i just so happen to be needing a new chair so i jumped on it. well and the outcome was inevitable. i made my purchase they took the money within hours of purchase days turns to weeks with multiple emails sent and zero responce. i lost 60 bucks from these people. the bank is able to help me out with getting it back

I saw an ad on Facebook for a cheap gaming chair through this website. Paid $60 through their site, was informed the product would be delivered within 10 business days. I never got so much as a tracking number. Customer support has no phone number on their site to call, and they do not respond to emails. A lot of people have had similar encounters according to their Facebook page.

The as popped up off of the Facebook marketplace & so I figured it would be legit, but I should've known. I ordered a gaming chair for $59.99 without looking up or checking out if Dualsmok was a scam. The ticking timer should've been a warning that they were trying to get you to type in your information as fast as possible. Now I'm going to have to change and stop transactions on my card since this scam company has my card information, my name and address. i looked up the website information and this website was just created a week before Christmas 2018!

Facebook had an ad for an 80% off gaming chair. My mother bought it for me thinking it was a good deal. The product never arrived and when she asked to cancel the order the "tech support" told her they can't cancel the order. I believe this is a scam that sells your credit card information.
