[email protected] Reports & Reviews (1)

- Danville, IN, USA • Dec 14, 2023

I received an email stating the following:

We extend our sincere gratitude for your valued orders. Your trust in

us as your supplier is truly appreciated. Looking forward to the next

opportunity to serve you.

It contained an attachment of the invoice. Further, it stated that I could call to request a refund if I did so within a two-day window. Upon calling the number, it was a representative who DID represent himself as an employee of Norton. He asked me to get on a personal (not work computer). I told him I did not have access to a personal computer. He then directed me to open a browser on my work computer and start typing in the url bs. At that point, I interjected that this seems illegitimate, and the representative promptly hung up.
