like others, i thought the site was real & i was getting a great deal on doc shoes. i got the confirmation from the "store" & tracking info from "paypal" with an email address of the seller [email protected] as well as the usps tracking #. when i tracked the package on usps, it said it was delivered the day after i ordered. upon further tracking, usps website said that my order shipped 4 days before i ordered & delivered the day after to an address in my same zip code. sent request for more tracking info to post office & they said that tracking # was delivered to an apartment down the street. so, these scammers figured out a way to use legit usps tracking #s to scam even more. clever a**ho**s. there are other ways i've noticed their dastardly scam, but i don't want to feel any more stupid right now... good thing i only used a gift card to pay - so i'm not out any actual money.

I'm a teen and this is my first time being scammed like this before so this made me feel so gullible. I was really excited to see on the dsw site or what i thought was it, to be selling doc martins for 50 percent off! I ordered a pair of Molly Platform Ones off of the site dswboots.shop thinking it was the official dsw shoes site. It looked completely real down to the secure checkout and everything including the doc martins logo! Well, i thought the confirmation screen looked a little too generic to be dsw plus it didnt have the logo for dsw but i thought maybe its a reseller or something. ITs been about 12 days and my order hasnt been processed and i havent even recieved updates on it at all, so i thought maybe i should check the tracking number...IT WASNT EVEN A REAL NUMBER! that was on the official dsw site, so then when i tried to trace back to the site i bought them on, it was completely gone. I'm so very upset about this considering $90 is alot of money when your 16 and broke ok? I contacted the resolution center with paypal so hopefully i get my money back. Pray for me!

I wish I had done my research before trusting this site. I too ordered from dswboots.shop. I thought I was getting a good deal on sick pair of boots. When I didn’t get a confirmation email that my boots had shipped I emailed the company. My email was bounced back. So I started searching for the store on Google and found there was a Doc Martens store in Santa Monica, CA. I called them and told them I had ordered a pair of boats online and was wondering when they would be shipped. The store clerk, Francisco, asked if I had bought them at half price and I said yes. That’s when he told me that the site was not affiliated with their store and to contact my credit card company or bank, which my wife did. We were able to get our money back through our bank because it was paid through PayPal. This is the first time I have been scammed like this and hopefully the last. I am surprised this site hasn’t been shut down. Also don’t shop through Luxx Chery. It’s same company. So long story short THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY, IT’S A ? SCAM SITE.

Same as last review. Looks extremely legit & I thought because the URL that it was connected to DSW. I placed my order unfortunately before I saw any of the reviews so it must be extremely new edition of classic scam sites. First scam I've fell for & hopefully the last, hope this [censored] shuts down ASAP.

This website pretends to sell Dr Martens shoes. It is pretty sophisticated: the http address is secured and the site looks very legit, with searches for boots and pages about the history of the brand. If you Google the address you find that there is indeed a Dr Martens store. I thought I was purchasing Dr Martens boots on sale. Checkout is through PayPal, and it wasn't until after I completed checkout that I saw that the money was being sent simply to "Maria". I received a confirmation email with an order ID and a "track your order" button. When I did so, it said my order was processing and would ship within 3-7 days. A few days later I emailed the "customer support" email address and my email bounced back. I was able to find on Yelp a phone number for the brick and mortar store which is actually located at the address that the website listed, and they have no record of my order. Next step is to pray that PayPal will work with me to refund the money.

The same thing happened to me too. dswboots.shop is a scam website. It looks real, they use an address that is a Dr. Martens store front. I called the store front with the address the scam website uses. They were aware that there was a scam website using their address, and they told me to call my bank right away. WHY hasn't the fake/scam website been taken off the internet? DON"t BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Anyways, I hope you got your money back.

Ah! I wish your review was up before I ordered! Never been scammed like this before, the site looks so real? Hope you got your money back!
