I made an international order on 24 October from Doctors Supplement Store (DSS) and it had was shipped. However, it seemingly never left the US and there is no record of it ever arriving in Italy. I was unable to open a claim with USPS because the tracking number did not qualify for this type of inquiry...which is strange especially for an international order. DSS strangely, had me "accept" an agreement by replying to an email that basically said they had no liability if the package never arrived and no refund would be available. It has been over a month now and I started to inquire because it is strange that it has not arrived yet. I believe I was scammed out of $150. I tried to look up the business on ScamPulse.com and could not locate the business. I also paid for first class international mail, of which I have never had problems with and orders arrive to Italy no more than 2 weeks later. My guess is that they purposely shipped it incorrectly so that I would not be able to file a claim and that the order would never be sent so that they could pocket the profits from my order and by me accepting their agreement of no liability that they have an easy out not to give me a refund.
