I ordered a #11 percussion caps from the website, not knowing it would take over 6 weeks for it to ship from china. When I received my package that did not have any company markings in it. I found a shower cap inside. When I emailed them to let them know they first denied it and then offers me 40% of my money back. After another two weeks of emails where they told me it wasn’t there fault and I would have to return the item to china in order to get my money back. And I would have to pay for shipping.
