I purchased a product on line From this company and paid for priority shipping 1-3 days. When I paid for the product I received an email and text stating they received my order and it would be shipped out soon with tracking Information. That didn’t happened I called two days later it sounded like the call center rep was some teenage kid, I let him know what happened he said he wasn’t shipped out but he could ship it out that day and send me the info, that never happened, I called again the next day he said it didn’t ship, he said he could do next day but I would have to pay for it I said I wanted a refund instead, he said he would process it, never happened. I called and called and they never picked up, I called from a different number using an app and the same teenage sounding boy answered and said “oh yeah I was gonna call you back I was busy now I’m driving” said he would refund me the money still no refund. This is a scam don’t buy anything on line from them!
