I ordered some parts for hearing aids through Hue Hearing and they referred me to Dr. Sound. I have confirmation for the order and money has been deducted from my account. I have not received my order and I cannot get anyone to respond to my requests for updates or where my order is since May 8, 2023.

On February 28 I purchased a Luna hearing aid through the website. which I paid with a Nu bank credit card, after almost 7 weeks of not receiving the order I requested the cancellation of the order and the refund of the money, which to this day I have not received. The answer is always the same that they have disbursement problems.

I purchased a set of hearing aids and warranty for $155.29. They didn't fit properly, and I notified them about this. I did as they suggest by taking the guards off but wouldn't stay in my ears. I followed the instructions to return them. They confirmed they received them on Feb.27. I contacted them on 3/17 and 3/29 concerning my refund and was told they was processing my refund. I contacted them again on 4/23 and there was no response. Still no refund.
