Received a call from a lady who did not give her name telling me that Paragon Funding deposited money into my checking account in 2010 and when they tried to take it back out the account was insufficient. Wouldn't send me any information on it, told me I requested funds with no intention of repaying and I should just admit I am a theif. I received this same call 4 months ago and no information was ever sent then either nor have I ever heard anything about this over the last 6 years. Googled this company and found it was formerly Omega mediation services which I found several complaints of scams trying to collect on payday loans and threatening you would be sent to jail. The bank she mentioned has never contacted me nor has it ever shown up on my credit report.
