This place is a scam. They have various ScamPulse.com complaints! They love to advertise cosmetic procedures/ laser deals on Groupon. Their equipment is worth less than what a customer would pay for a package of 4-7 treatments! I googled their equipment and it is nothing compared to what real doctors/spas use. The front desk receptionist is a phony and a scammer with her reporter wanna be voice, she. was the consultant, I asked her if she had her medical degree or if she was a nurse she said no but she did the consultations and the treatments. She made us pay before the treatment, and in the paperwork they have a specific form to collect the customers’s credit card info. This should of raised red flags, most laser spas I've been to always make you pay after the service. Also, it is worth noting the procedure which is normally 30 mns-40 mns at a real doctors office, was 10 mns at this place. While the price is comparatively cheap, in this case, you aren't *even* getting what you're paying for. You're essentially getting next to nothing. Ask around at other laser hair removal places about the LENGTH of the session and the energy setting they use. Also the receptionist was upselling customers for more procedures and longer sessions trying to scam a naive lady. They say if it sounds too good to be true, it’s because it is! In this case it fits 100% DO NOT GO THERE. Do not buy their Groupon deals. Do not use your pin or give them your id. This place is a scam!
