I ordered a Dr. Pen from www.drpen-usa.com and never got any information about when I would receive the product. I emailed them and got a email back saying they would check on when I would receive a tracking number and they would get back to me. The person that responded to my email left a phone number so I called. There was no answer. The phone just rang a few times then hung up. No voicemail. I would think that if it was a legit site I would have gotten a machine saying, you've reached dr pen and a option to leave a message. A few minutes later a get a call from the number. I answer, say hello and the guy says hello and nothing else. I recognized the number so I said are you from dr pen and he said yes. At this point I realized this was a fake dr pen site. Still giving him the benefit of the doubt, I explained again my concerns and he assued me it was normal for me not to get a tracking number or any information for about a week but he would check on it and contact me with the information. I didn't

hear back from anyone. I've emailed them twice since then and they didn't reply to emails. I called about 10 times and no answer and no option to leave a voice mail. The phone rings a few times and just disconnects. The last email I sent I did let them know I would have to take further action if someone didn't contact me. No one called or emailed. I got scammed for $***.. I thought I was on the official website for this company. I just want to warn people about this site.
