I received an alert that my driver was outdated. It directed me use their tech support to correct the problem. The activation number was 800-520-3036. They charged me on my credit card approx. $129.00. I let them fish around on my computer and make repairs. It appeared to help. Now they are constantly calling me with a request to get back on my computer because there is a problem. I have avoided the calls, but they are quite persistent. Having been a fool a bout 3 years ago, I know that the persistant calls are a request for more money to fix this "horrible problem". Complete with "Oh Mame you are in terrible trouble and we need to fix this". My credit card statement is supposed to show "Driver Support (www.driversupport.com) or
