The owner deliberately lied about all of it. When I called to discuss the fact that the car he sold me was unsafe to even drive he became condescending with me and claims to have never said it was inspected or told me false information. He just wants to play the "as is" game.
Now I'm out thousands and thanking God I didn't parish in the death trap he sold me.
