Not a real company

I placed an order said I'd receive in 15 business days. A month and half later they said it was delivered. I did not get. Sent email they responded they were resending package. 20 days later again said they delivered and they did not. Now waiting on fraud department to get my refund.

Ordered pants from this web site and they had kept it like they were really shipping something for over a month and now they say it been delivered and I never received anything and you can’t get in touch with no one by phone or email I’ve tried to request a refund and nothing happened no one responds
