I bought a shirt that I saw on their website. I specifically gave the size as XL, because they tend to be smaller. The shirt took over a month to come. The size was a medium. Looking to return the item was VERY difficult. After some research, I found a website to send them information about the purchase. They gave me a warehouse to send the shirt to. I would have to pay for shipping!! I wrote them several times. Never got another shirt or my money back. They are thieves!! Stay away from them!! They advertise a lot on the internet.

I ordered a dress from this website in april and never received it. they are claiming they sent it out and it was delivered on june 23. it’s two months later and i never received it! I paid $34.

Dress Lily embezzled money from me, sent me a fake tracking number. I waited over a month to reach out regarding my order, sent 7+ emails that were never responded to. I finally got ahold of customer service via web chat and they refused to refund me. This website is a scam.

As many users of DressLily (and other various clothing retailers online) now know, this website, along with its "clothing" is a scam. They offer super low prices on apparel, which any sane person would understand is not going to arrive perfectly "as advertised", but for the price we've all learned to deal with the various idiosyncrasies that arrive along with the outfit. I myself was fine with this exchange until this week when I received an email from DressLily telling me that the sweater I had ordered over THREE WEEKS AGO, was not only out of stock, but not returning to stores. I was offered a replacement item of my choosing (none of which were like the original item I had ordered) and when I reached out to their customer service to explain why their actions were not only fraudulent, but against the law, I was met with cold indifference. They don't care that they're ripping off the customer, they got the money. The rest is my problem. Well sure enough, guess who's not refunding my money now, due to "the length of time from when I ordered to when I requested a refund." This is a scam and highly illegal and I hope they get what's coming to them.

I opted for expedited shipping on 6/24/19 and I still have not received my package as promised within the 5 days.

Each time I try to track the package I am unable to do so. The site seems fraudulent; a bunch of pop-ups keeps popping up and now it says that the website is not secure.

We purchased 9 vests through from company through their website dresslilycom (may also be known as FARYAA INTERNATIONAL. The items did not fit and the material was poor quality so we contact them to return the items. Their return policy states that if you are unhappy with the products, you may return within 30 days. We had to open a ticket up online to contact them for return. We have been back and forth with them for 4 days regarding the return and they will not adhere to their policy. They asked us to send pics of the vests we received. I explained there is no damage to the item, we were just unhappy with the purchase. I sent pics anyway and still no response. They have continued to ignore our request and when you call the phone number, they are never open during any of the business hours that they state. When contacting them through Facebook messanger, they keep referring us back to their After Sales Department that is not answering our messages. We bought over 200 worth of vests (1 still has not been received), and they will not return the items that we are unhappy with.

This company has been contacted regarding a fraudulent transaction on their website and has refused to provide the information required to make a police report of the crime. They have repeatedly rebuffed any attempt to discover the criminal involved.

Ordered online never recieved my order and its a generic customer service email.

I ordered a few dresses online at dresslily.com and received an email from them saying as a random security check I would need to send a copy of my credit card by photo or hard copy and also a copy of my drivers licence. The email went on to state that if I didn't have a licence to send a copy of bank statement or utility bill.

I immediately canceled the order and it took several days to get confirmation. The confirmation stated that my credit card would be refunded in 10-15 business days. Which was also scetchy because they had said they couldn't process payment until they received this proof, but apparently they had already charged my card.

I purchased a product from dress lily in February 2017... I was told to wait atleast 45 days for the item to be delivered. Unfortunately I waited too long...went past my window of filing a complaint. In June of 2017, I thought I'd give it one more chance. Purchased another item. Today is August 7, 2017... and I have yet to receive my product. I have filed a complaint and asked for a refund, but I keep getting the "run around" saying they will resent, and asking that I verify my address on my account. VERY FRUSTRATING. I will not purchase anything for this business again, and I suggest if you cherish your money, you shouldn't either.

Dresslily and Ericdress seem to be same company with confusing crossover. Scamming people and leaving no trace for recovery of lost funds, unusable product, charges to credit card.

I bought a swimsuit they debited my account, I received an email so I could track it I want to check the email and it was gone nothing from them or anyone else on that day I haven't received what I thought paid for and will have to notify my bank in the morning and get everything cancelled

I ordered clothes from them and never recieved my product. Wheb i ordered i paid for expedited shipment was told my pwckage was being shipped the next day then for the past three weeks have been told the item is out of stock yet when their website it says in stock

I ordered $124.00 worth of clothing from this company on January 28th, 2017. I paid thru my paypal account. Looking at my paypal account, the payment was made to "Hassan". As of this date, 2/16/2017, I have received one email from them back on 2/5/2017 stating that one out of eleven items I ordered had been shipped. It gave a tracking number, which gives no information at all. The shipping company's name they give are DHL eCommerce, which when I call them, they gave me a line also. They gave me a phone number supposedly to Dress Lily, I got an answering machine. Number 1-669-721-9322. The website has no address listed anywhere. When you click on live chat, it says something about being out for a chinese holiday and will return on February 5, 2017, which it is well past that now.

I purchased an item online 11/20/16 and never received the item. My credit card was charged $20.31. I have contacted the website 3 times and they can just tell me the item was shipped and they will not follow up to track the purchase or process a refund. They supply tracking information which is useless because all it says is that the item was shipped with no follow up information.

When you order on Facebook, you tell them what you want, they take your money & never send you your order, they say you can use the chat to talk to them, but it never works, then they say to put in a support ticket & you do & all you get back is that they are looking into it & you never hear from them again.

I want them taken off Facebook so no one else gets ripped off.

I do want my money back, but they say they will give you store credit which is useless because you can order again and it will be the same.

Someone needs to shut them down, all they are is a scam!!!!!

I ordered 3 blouses in November, order # Lt467451396cn $41.36. Never received and I just wonder how many other people have they scamed?

online merchandise ,gave me order#'s,tracking #'s, claim the mailing company was RUEUB, did not get any merchandise and tracking the info they gave me lead to messages of site disconnected, carrier websit has been suspended (RUEUB)
