I ordered several pieces of clothing and accessories and they charged my card said that it would take up to 10 days to reach me and when I tracked the package it said it had arrived at my home but it was never actually delivered! And I called the customer service and they said they would refund or resend the items I chose to resend the item but they were never shipped to me . I called one more time and they were supposed to refund my money this time, but I never received a dime of my money back!!!

I ordered several pieces of merchandise from this website. Gave me tracking number and said it had been delivered. Never had anything from them delivered though. Took it up with local post office and they never received any packages to be delivered. I contacted the customer service and got nothing in return. No response, no merchandise, and mo money.

Ordered clothes online. They said it was delivered twice. Never showed. They wanted to refund 60 0/0 if original price. Now why to refund 90 0/0.

I ordered clothes from their website, it said that it was delivered and it was not, I contacted them and they said they needed to investigate it it's been over a month. I have yet to hear anything from them.

This company had a post on the public news feed on Facebook. At the time that I saw the post is about almost a month ago now maybe actually longer, and they were advertising skull clothing for extremely cheap prices. It was like a closeout sale or something of the sort. So I had picked out some stuff I wanted to order. Showed it to my daughter and she also found a few things she wanted to order so she put it all together and she used her bank card and paid online for it. She was provided with a tracking number (SUPPOSEDLY) , so she had been tracking it. It said it would be 7 to 14 business days for delivery and then she had checked it under the tracking number and it said that it was delivered on May 5th. However, now when you go to the website there is absolutely nowhere you can put in a tracking number at all and the email that they sent her with whatever she needed to click on to go to find the tracking information is non-existent!! There's nowhere at all to get any tracking information. The email they sent her still claims it was delivered to her home address on May 5th, 2023 but that is a complete lie because no package was ever received. I was given the link for the post that they had up from a friend of ours who also ordered stuff from them and she ordered over $300 worth of stuff and has yet to receive one item and she ordered her stuff like 2 and 1/2 to 3 months before we did. They have no official company address or phone number. All they have is a website type email. It just doesn't make sense, and I do guess it's partially my fault because I didn't look into it more before we even ordered because if you click on Customer Service or Company Information, there's nothing there. It gives you HOURS to contact them through email. There is no phone number. There's no way to chat with anybody at all! This company is taking people for a lot of money and they need to be dealt with. It needs to be put out to the public that this company is fraud!

I bought several pieces of clothing from dressgear. I paid 23.65. Their site states I should have My package has been 14 days however I have not received it. I have requested 3 different times for refund with a site clearly States once again that they will refund. If I do not receive my package I have not received my package nor have I received a refund
