I saw this video with a Christmas Tree Rotating Sculpture Train, I ordered 2 of them on Oct 30, 2020, however, when the product arrived by Dec, it's 2 cheap copies of the picture of the item only. I contacted them numerous times but no reply, as I kept doing so, suddenly I got a reply by March 2021, so I requested a refund of US$27.98, but they kept offering me $10 refund in exchange of keeping the product; I insisted a full refund, by March 11, a rep Julie emailed me with detailed procedures for mailing the product back, I spent another $25.89 for postage with tracking # and mailed on March 15. Weeks past by, no signs of refund, I tracked the # and it's in transit, I checked again later in May, it's delivered on April 25. So I emailed them again inquiring the refund, then they replied no info on this, I kept emailing and finally another rep replied that I have passed their 20 days period, so they declined the refund. I kept emailing them stating the process was long because I didn't get their reply in the first place, and this mailing system took so long, but all my emails returned as unsend, I believe they have blocked my emails. So I have to wait for a while and tried again, but this time I sent the email with a cc to ******, then I got a reply, but still declining my refund due to time. I then complained to ******, but no reply for weeks, I tried again, and they replied as it has passed their 180 days period, so they won't even look into my case, indeed it was closed from the first complaint. If seller has only a 20 days period for refund, why would they kept offering me $10 refund at first, and later rep Julie sent me all the procedures for me to return the product when I insisted a full refund? Cos I would have save another $26 for mailing the product back to them. I am filing this complaint so other customers are aware of such merchant and be careful when ordering: they show a video of one thing but sending you something else, and kept you hanging in the air until the refund policy period has expired, then you are not eligible for a refund!! Not that I don't have the product now, but have spent even more than I should have paid! I feel something like this ****** should accept my complain regardless of time period, not to mention it's a long journey to deal with this merchant all the way from China!!
