Saw an ad on Facebook for a Barbie Dreamhouse listed as 75% off if it was your first purchase on the website. The website looks legit with items from Barbie. Eventually I received a tiny lego type bedroom set I would say is not worth more than $10, with writing in the box that appears to be Chinese or Japanese. Which I only note because the company advertises they originated in Topeka, Kansas. Since I could not find a phone number to contact the company, I emailed the two emails given on their return policy, [email protected] and [email protected], which do not match the website name, to initiate a refund. I finally heard back four days later from “Aurora” asking me if a 15% refund would be acceptable. The email did not contain any trademark or watermark signs or a signature that appeared to be coming from a company. It appears to be a personal email. I emailed back stating 15% is not acceptable and also not an option in their return policy. I have not received a response.
