A man named Jake Martin called me and said that our computer was locked up and that April 6, 2017 I bought software to unlock the computer. ( I had not done this) I was told that the program that I bought was being discontinued and that they were going to refund my money. I was told I was entitled to a refund of $195.99 and I was told that it could be direct deposited into my bank account but I would need to provide my email address so a form could be sent to me to fill out. When I asked him to confirm my computer he could not. When i asked for the check to be sent by mail it could not. We asked for the business name and email and we were told Dream Viewer but no email address was provided. When we kept questioning him he hung up.
