I had the worst experience dealing with these individuals. Marquita Thompson was supposed to help fix and help repair my credit. After arriving to her office with my mother she ensured me that she would be able to negotiate my debt with a collector in time for me and my family to rent and eventually own a home. After Marquita received my enrolment fee, she became the hardest person to get in contact with. I placed several calls to her office as well as emails with no calls return until mentioning management. Maquita did not negotiate my debt , she basically gave me the number to the collection agency (which I already had , and gave to her with the collection letter). So not only did I settle my own collection account, when I called to give her the information she was yet again unavailable. After speaking with another rude individual by the name of Dylan who I am quite sure is her husband, I finally got a returned phone call. I was told by Marquita that I would not qualify for the homes in the portal until my debt was paid. Once I received my letter that my debt was paid in full I tired to reach out to her again. Didn't receive a call back. At this point the only way to reach her was via email. She finally emailed back saying she would give me a call at 2:00 pm on 01/222/20. After I had not received a call or email and now it is 4:45pm 01/22/20. At this point I'm not a happy camper! I sent Marquita an email stating she must still be busy... lets just say things got really nasty and unprofessional on her end. I would like for each and every person reading this post to see and understand for themselves my experience and how I was treated overall. I will attach the email correspondence between Marquita and I here. I will also provide the instagram and facebook pages where I have also posted the exchange. "Get your popcorn ready". After feeling so defeated this morning I decide to try and reach out to the company again, because who has $220.00 to just throw down the drain. Unfortunately I got Dylan again, who only wanted to scream in my ears and tell me that I should have drove over an hour to the address to deliver my receipt to Marquita. Of course I have now cancelled my services.
