They have been promoting their custom pillows on instagram CONSISTENTLY, so I ordered a pillow for my boyfriend for Christmas on December 18, 2022. My confirmation code is #*****. I recieved an email about my order being delayed due to high demand. I was told i'd get a tracking number at the beginning of Febuary. I have not heard anything from them since. Their customer service line has been disconnected. I just want my money back.
