Ordered an item on line on March 8th brought and paid for. Never received it and found out that others have been scammed through this company. Can't get a valid number or email for this company

Took them over a month to ship the order

I order a body shaper on march the second. Waited like two weeks and send a message to see if there was a date for shipment, but no one answered my email. waited another couple of weeks and send another email, and nothing was no response. Sent another request on April 16 to cancel the order, and they decide to send me an email saying that the order had shipped that same day. Now if I want to return I have to pay the shipping and a 15% restocking fee. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM OR FROM TLORA, they are a fraud. The merchandise is horrible, and their return policy is terrible.

I ordered a pair of underwear from them and they never sent me an email but they did take my money . So now I'm wondering what am I supposed to do am I supposed to do because now I'm wondering if it's a scam website ?

I ordered some underwear on October the 3rd 2021. It was on ONLINE SALE. Valued at over $46.00. I have contacted them 3 times, had no response at all ! This bodgey company are out just to RIP YOU OFF !
BIGGEST SCAMMERS EVER ! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !

This company has taken my money. I haven't received my order yet. I purchased an product from them early May 2021. Still no order, I have emailed them, tried to call this number to talk to customer service, someone speaking in Spanish. Tracking number they given me is not working.This company is a fake and I want my money.
