I purchased the service to have a cell phone unlocked. It says pre unlock and that once its available it will be placed into que and unlocked. Well after over 2 months i get an email stating they have to get another 42.00 before they can unlock this phone. But no where did it state this first price was not going to cover unlocking the phone. I dont care about preunlock phone wasnt stolen or anything so it was available to be unlocked. I dont even get what a pre unlock is. What they do to for what i paid them for in the beginning besides have me wait 2 months and ask for more money.
