Car wrap SCAM via Dr Pepper; send 2 separate checks in large amounts of money one for almost 5,000 and another for almost 3,000. They ask us to just deposit checks and send confirmation of deposited checks. Thankfully we knew instantly this was a scam they still went ahead with sending the fake checks, so we entertained ourselves looked at info on checks and where they were sent from 2 DIFFERENT ADDRESSES and off 2 different banks. Also states company checks were sent from one is an air ambulance company one is from a building contractor out of TX, CHECK THIS INFO BEFORE YOU FALL VICTIM AND RUN TO CASH CHECKS ITS SO POORLY DONE HOWEVER SAD FOR THOSE IN DESPAIR THAT DO FALL FOR IT! AGAIN THIS IS DR PEPPER CAR WRAP SCAM, nothing came from DR PEPPER FOLKS! I also calked the banks on fraudulent checks as they too were different banks another red flag to make them aware of the checks and there banks being used as the drawing bank of these scammers! When we called the guy and questioned him to see how far he’d actually go the guy POOR ENGLISH JUST CALKED US A STUPID [censored] haha and hung up after we started asking questions he couldnt answer! Sounds so simple to see its a scam however I can see someone falling victim ESPECIALLY with how real the checks looked BE CAREFUL!
