I ordered Ugg brand shoes from this company. They sent shoes that were in a plastic bag and smelled like chemicals. I wanted to return them. They only give an e-mail to communicate. I e-mailed them several times and no one got back to me. I called my credit card number and started a dispute today. The phone number I entered in the beginning of this questionnaire ** **** as they did not provide a number and I couldn't file this without one.
