Bought three puppies from Good Results Labrador Retrievers. Samantha Graves, owner of the puppies, used this company to send the puppies to San Angelo, Tx. An email was received by the company stating we needed to pay $970 for each puppy for health ins and all would be refundable after picking up puppies except for $48.50. We paid for two and the owner stated she paid for one. We thought all was well until the company said the puppies were in Missouri and they would not send them on until another $2640 was paid because the health paperwork was not included with the puppies. Claimed puppies were not in quarantine.Threatened to turn us in due to puppy abuse and abandonment. The person we spoke with could not speak English very well and was hard to understand. When he answered the phone, he did not state the company he worked for like a professional would. He just answered "Hello". We told him that we would be speaking with a judge and district attorney about this and he hung up. The payments were all thru Zelle. We had to use our daughter's bank account since our bank would not let us use the Zelle App. Now this is all on her and she feels guilty.
