The company portrays themselves as an american comonay with american products. I purchased "waterproof" gloves for my son. They shipped from China. When they arrived they were extremely poor quality and not waterproof by any means. The website say 100% satisfaction guarantee or money back. The only contact available for the company is email. They refused to refund me. I believe the company is a fraud based in China.
