Grandmother received a telephone call from "Dr. Uko Abasi" who guided her via iPad to the website https://doxy.me/eu38305 and was attempting to walk grandmother through enabling her camera and microphone to assist her with her medical insurance. He was having her gather papers such as ID, SSN, insurance cards, etc. so she could share them with this "Dr." on camera.
