Advertised steel yard gnomes on Facebook. Ordered the items paying $70 dollars for the purchase. When they arrived, the items were made of cheap, stamped plastic, and were much shorter than than the 18 inches they advertised. I contact them three times with detailed photo's and descriptions. Even though their website guarantees 100% customer satisfaction, they refused to offer me a refund or acknowledge that I'd either received the wrong product or were flat our ripped off.

I now have discovered that they have changed their website to "songstotalk.com" from "downloadjoyful.com".
