When you claim the award you are taken to a page where you have to pay $149.00 for a Plaque, $199.99 for a Crystal, or $229.98 for both.
On the main page there is a frequently asked questions section that details why they charge for the awards, How I can see other winners for this year?, How to view the press release, among others. They also provide a contact phone number and they say to reference your code when contacting them by email or phone. There is no address. Still it looks very legitimate.
I called the number and it no one answered, but they have an answering machine.
