I ordered Galaxy Rose for my grandma and it was delivered immediately after two days. It's customer service are awesome. I will always make an order from Dose of Roses. Christmas is around the corner and I am going to order another galaxy rose for my wife

If there were a way to give the store zero stars, they've earned that. Aside from ripping me off by offering an expedited shipping service at a higher more premium cost during the Valentine's Day holiday where they practically guaranteed the delivery of the gift that I had purchased for my wife and daughter without any suggestions to delays of any sorts, this business instead of owning up to their fault offered me not a "full refund" of the extra "premium" shipping cost that they charged me for but instead only offered me 40% refund of that additional shipping cost and ultimately only paid me 20% of what they offered for the "gift" that I had purchased which, ultimately shipped/arrived about two full weeks after Valentine's Day. Aside from the gift coming utterly late and missing the mark on the purpose/occasion that it was purchased for, the item arrived damaged. We are talking about nearly $600.00 in followers that came to us damaged. The flowers were somewhat crushed with some of the petals torn/cracked. Again, the best they can offer was $100.00 refund. I'm seriously not sure what their out of pocket cost would have been for the amount of flowers used but surely they could have done a little better than this once you consider all the other problems that I've encountered with my purchase to begin with. They even offered me 20% off of "future purchases". This was like the "punch line" to a very sad and disappointing joke of theirs and their service/product. They've might as well offered nothing else because "fool me once"... if I can save anyone else any time and money, I will be sure to try my best to do so. We work very hard for our money, especially in times like today where work has been anything but guaranteed... there are literally tons of other reputable businesses they offers the same type of service and products and I strongly suggest you do yourselves a favor a look them over before jumping in this sorry rabbit hole that is dose of roses... that is if you care about having your gift delivered for that special occasion on time and in good condition which you would think would be a universal expectation...

Spent 288$ on lingerie, roses, and a robe. Still haven’t received them. Order on February 8 and now it’s the February 14th! They don’t contact you or reply back. It’s a scam. Can’t wait for these people to get caught and get what they deserve, pathetic!

I made an order, and this company did NOT get my shipment to FedEx in time, AND I PAID for express shipping to that this would not happen, and they still got my package to FedEx late, thus making my package a day late for mother's day and a dollar short.

Ordered a gift off their website for my wife for Valentines Day. It came not as described on the website, and it was defective and in bad condition. I reached out over 5 times and no customer service representative ever got back to me. When I went searching for more information about their company online, I came across numerous Dose of Roses Scam" pages with dozens of people like me who either did not receive a product, or received damaged or faulty products with no response for customer service. Their products are not cheap, and they claim to offer returns or refunds and have made no effort to reach out. When I posed warnings on their social media pages, I was immediately blocked and my comments were removed. If you look into this you will find that their business practices are unethical and they are in the business of taking customers money and providing them with the products that they are paying for.

They sell cheap products that are not at all the quality of their advertisements, and with their bigger ticket items, they cancel the shipments, resulting in no product being delivered. There is a support line email that’s listed, however this support line is completely unreachable. This scam has cost me $110 dollars and delivered zero products as advertised, with no way to get my money back from them or receive a viable product.

I placed 2 orders over $120 and none of the orders were ever delivered. And when you email no one ever replies to you. I have emailed at least for the 2 weeks for an answer and I have not had one. Purchased a rose bear (~$75) Jan 31st to be shipped Feb 11th. Shipping label email created on Feb 3rd. Since then no update on the shipping. I emailed early morning of Feb 14 by replying to the order confirmation email and by submitting an inquiry by their website. I didn't receive an email back until yesterday basically lying that it got lost in shipping when UPS states nothing was dropped off. The email refuses to give me back my money and insist to get store credit.

I've since done a Google search and even on Facebook have found numerous messages and posts claiming this company did the same thing to them. All Instagram posts and on their own website, if the comment is about how bad their service is or gives a negative review, they go through deleting negative reviews and comments about their business operations to trick unknowingly consumer's to get stuck in the same boat I as well as others are in.

Please shut down that website and bring the owners/operators to justice.

My boyfriend ordered over 100 dollars worth for roses in January for me for Valentine's Day. They said it would be in before the 14th around the 11th. Never came in and when he emailed them asking about the tracking info they never gave it to him and told them they were out of stock and couldn't have a refund but could have store credit. Other people said they have received their orders but they are empty or not what they ordered from what they advertise. They use social media influencers to get other people to order. They delete any negative comment about it on their Instagram and Facebook. Their are hundreds of people being scammed. When reaching out to the actual owners they claimed they were not the owners and blocked me which they are doing to everyone calling them out. There are instagram groups now discussing the scams everyone has dealt with. I was ignored when trying to reach out to the doseofroses instagram page when I direct messaged them. A lot of people are having the same issues and the owners are hiding it and ignoring it and people are losing their money.
