I ordered 1 sterling silver necklace with ELENA amd an 2003 ANKLET for my daughters bday in june
Ibe emailed ive used chat room and NOTHING...I LOST confirmation emailed have everything and DON'T RESPOND

So I have ordered from Dorando Fashion before and was so happy with my order. I decided I wanted to order 2 more items on May 22nd 2020. I understand we are going through a pandemic and things are delayed. So I received my confirmation email and a product email about 2-3 days later. They then sent me another email that it was finished, I was so excited it was moving quickly. This was on the the 28th of May. This is what it stated “ Our specialists have finished handcrafting and testing your items. Your items will be packed to ship soon. We'll send you an update with tracking once it's shipped! Shipping Times:
United States: 2 to 5 Business days. “ That was on a Thursday at 11:02 am. So If I’m correct around Monday or Tuesday it would be shipped. So I kind of forgot that I ordered my items for a weeks or two. After I realized I had orders something I went to look in my emails. On June 6th they sent me an email stating “ We know you're still waiting to receive your order, and wanted to provide you with an update. We have not forgotten you! Due to a high volume of orders this month, we're experiencing some issues getting products quickly on their way. We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused.If you do not receive a tracking update within the next 3 business days, please reply to this email and one of our representatives will provide you with an update. Thank you for your patience! - Dorado Fashion Team. That was fine. I wasn’t upset. So 10 days later no email no nothing. I sent an email stating I have not received tracking or my package nothing. They responded quickly with an answer stating if you have not received your item 10 days after the order date let us know. I told them my issue on the 18th again in The hopes of getting an answer for my order. On the 19th they reply to my email telling me they were sending my email for further investigation on what I have ordered and they will let me know now this is June. This past Sunday which was nine days later I sent them another email asking for an update or a response. So I went to their website to see if there was a number that I could call as well they close at five and at the time I looked it was at nine. So I said this week I’ll give them a call to see what’s going on a few days has passed I think it’s about 12 days now and I still have yet to receive save any information on my product I called them and they told me there is nobody in their call call center due to COVID-19. Personally I feel like they should have stated that in their contact information but it’s OK I sent them another email no response. So I went on their Facebook page and complain to them on there, no response yet again. So I am now going to be contacting my bank to get my money back for my order because they will not answer any of my phone calls because nobody is there nor do they answer my emails this is absolutely ridiculous I’ve never had this issue before when I ordered from them I understand we’re in the middle of a pandemic right now but to not even keep in contact with a paying customer Is absolutely ridiculous. My boyfriend has come to the conclusion that they may have filed for bankruptcy or have gone out of business but I told them their website is still active but they also haven’t sent any emails including their normal emails that they send for sale since June 6. They also could have blocked me from their email list but who knows I’m extremely pissed off and now I’m out almost $100.is absolutely ridiculous. My boyfriend has come to the conclusion that they may have filed for bankruptcy or have gone out of business but I told them their website is still active but they also haven’t sent any emails including their normal emails that they send for sales since June 6. They also could have blocked me from their email list but who knows I’m extremely pissed off and now I’m out almost $100.

Very sorry to hear that, the same thing happened to me they took £94 last year and never sent me anything. Dorado fashion is a scam please be aware!

Dorado Fashion is a home based business which is created on Shopify. Its a one man show and he advertises on Facebook to lure in potential victims. Once a customers buys a product , he then logs on to aliexpress.com and purchases the same product. The supplier from Aliexpress will send the product to your address. Aliexpress suppliers are based in China , which is why your products takes 3-4 weeks to be delivered. So in short, this home based business owner does nothing much. You order, then then makes the same order on Aliexpress and sends it to you. He pockets a few hundred percent of profits for a 20 seconds job. If you are really interested in the products , go to aliexpress.com and search for the same products. You can get it for $5. The exact same product but way cheaper. Why get scammed by this home based business who does nothing? Read all those reviews below. Zero customer service. You can get the same thing on Aliexpress.

I ordered from this company last month. I received a email stating that my items were on the way. I kept tracking the item and it seems to be at the same location. Once I called the postal service they stated that the item was never received but the company generated the label but they haven’t accept it yet bc they don’t have an item. I’ve reached out to these people several times and they responded once stating that the package was shipped on April 2. I’m going to give it a few more days before I get my bank involved for a refund.

Due to COVID-19, major postal companies had lower staff. (Causing delays in transit and delivery.)

I ordered a name necklace for my daughter. I ordered it last minute before Christmas. After a long day, I accidentally typed the wrong address by one number. Anyhow, I emailed them back to tell them of my mistake. They said no worries, they’d look into it and send it to my correct address. Email after email, excuse after excuse and nothing. I told them to refund my $39 back, but they said something else to keep stalling, of course. This just infuriated me more. I was kind to them in every email, and VERY patient. Dave your time and money. Don’t even bother with this company. They’re FAKE, SCAMMERS, FRAUD!

absolutely horrible experience with this company.
the website never stated any delay in production, the website stated 7-10 days production and 2-5 days shipping.
It is now a month and my necklace still hasn't been made. so it looks like this company takes 2 months or more to fulfill their paying customer needs and not 2 weeks as stated. i even payed for 1 day delivery and they wont give a refund for shipping. what a joke of a company i wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy

Bought from them because of terrify online ratings, which were false. Have not received purchase, after being charged over a month ago. No real contact information online and can't even tell where company is located - which is why I assume my threat of contacting the Better Business Bureau did not seem to bother them!

Used fake people/bots to make it look like it’s 5 stars when in reality there are hundreds of people complaining of not receiving their orders and the company not replying to them or giving them refunds. Have been experiencing these same problems and am trying to get a refund with no answer back.

I ordered 4 necklaces for christmas presents and i still haven't recieved anything. I spent over a 100 on this and even paid a faster shipping. I emailed them more than 5 times and still haven't gotten a response from them. I only trusted these [censored]ers cause my sister's stuff came in but she waited 3 weeks for it. I downloaded the arrive app and it shows that it's mark as delivered. But delivered where? Smh. Is there anyway i can get my money back? ?

I purchased name plate necklaces for this online store. I received a message stating my items was shipped and they went to an address in Maryland and Virginia and I live in New Jersey. I have tried to contact via email per there instructions and have not received any responses. I contacted the postal service and they said the addresses was put on by the sender and there was nothing I could do.

I ordered 2 personalized name necklaces as a gift for my daughters on 4/9/19 and was told the order should take 2-3 weeks for standard shipping after production. I paid extra for shipping so these items can arrive sooner. From 4/11-15/19 my items were in production and shipped on 4/22/19 showing delivered on 4/29/19. No tracking# was received and no delivery address was posted. I never received a notice from my post office or any other usual delivery methods. I've sent several emails to the company advising I have not received the merchandise and no response. There is no actual contact number only an email address that leads to nowhere. I finally disputed the transaction with my bank as fraud. I despise fake companies that advertise fake products to prey on consumers so they can steal money, credit card information and even identities. I hope this company along with the many, many other companies that do this are prosecuted to the fullest extent.

Instagram showed this Dorado Fashion Co ( LLC) as an advertisement for custom jewelry. I made a purchase for a necklace in January. Paid in full. Dorado Fashion CO will not respond to email and has no other method of contact. After a dozen unanswered emails I looked at their FaceBook account and saw hundreds of bad reviews! People purchased and never recieved the jewelry?! Please look into this as they have scammed thousands of customers out of $30 to ? Per purchase. I do have bank statements as well as all my unanswered emails I will gladly submit to you. Spare the unknowing public shopping for product they will never recieve. I also had THREE attempts on my credit card for purchases I didn't make. Hail Wells Fargo for NOT allowing 2 and reimbursed for the third. I believe it was from Dorado Fashion CO and to a third party.
