We are new home owners in the Meadows, in Sarasota. A young man came to our door when we were moving in and said he was here to fulfill a job order for new flooring. It was an obvious scam and we did not let him in the house. Subsequently, an attempt was made to contact me by a woman reportedly named Susan Challen. She claimed to have been contacted by a Wayne Kirk to install flooring at our house. She actually looked up our property address, got my name, and then found my office phone number and called there. My secretary caught it and warned me. I believe this Susan Challen was a fraud as well.
