I ordered from their website in August 2022 and paid for expedited shipping. After several weeks I emailed the company asking for an update on my order since it should have been delivered in 5 days. They said they were working on my order as we speak and would have it shipped out very soon. A few more weeks go by and it still is not delivered, I don’t have any updates on my order, and I haven’t heard anything from the company. I emailed them 3 times after and have heard nothing as of December 2022 and have not received a refund. Practically all reviews online have had the exact same experience. They turn off comments on social media too so others can’t see they’re scamming people.
