This company is a complete fraud they took total advantage of the urgency of my situation. They charged me $345 to pretty much duplicate my car key which had been stolen the night before. When I asked for a re-key and reiterated several times that my keys were stolen and I have to make sure that the old keys would not work, he reassured me multiple times that the old keys would not work which put my mind at ease for that moment knowing I would be the only one able to start my vehicle! The gentleman guaranteed me that it was in fact a re-key and several hours later, what do you know, my car was stolen!!! He took total advantage of me being a female or someone in a dire emergency and also upped the price from original quote. I now have to get the police involved & the BBB. The company has several names I have now figured out, as well as are not located in Van Nuys, Ca., which is what the website states! They have blocked my ph#, refuse to give me any refund at all & are now telling me that they couldn’t re-key for my situation, only make a duplicate key, which is absolutely not what I asked for nor would I pay $345 for a duplicate key! The owner is very rude, called me a liar, says it’s not his problem, refused to assist in anyway & kept changing his story!
