I ordered a $400 piano on September 27th, 2021, and I have been told that it would be received by October 1st, 2021. I did not get any more emails from this company and on October 3rd, I went on their website and there is no contact information other than an email address. The tracking email that they sent me when I first placed the order would not tell me where the package went. So I called the shipping company that said was on the email that was "shipping," and the shipping company told me that they do not ship pianos. I emailed Donner Musical Instrument and was asking them about my order and never got an email back. So I found them on Instagram and I messaged them on there and someone got back to me but takes forever to respond. They told me that my order got lost in the carrier so they "resent it" and sent me a different email with a different shipping name and told me that it would arrive by October 11th. It is now October 12th and I have not received my package AGAIN and haven't gotten any updates since October 8th. I've tried my best to lookup an email or a phone number of the shipping company called Swiship and could not find any contact information. I messaged Donner on Instagram and said I want to return my order and got nothing back from them.
