I got a fake customer phone number, 901-401-1234 while searching for YouTube contact number. The person, Steve Marcus, claims to be the agent for YouTube TV/ YouTube Premium. He said my gmail account was hacked on August 2 and wanted to help me to resolve the issue. He asked me to install ZOHO assist, and stay on the app for 20 minutes. In the middle, he called back from his number, 209-257-8488, and said the line was disconnected.

He asked me to check my bank and asked me for permission to write up report to all the companies about the hacked account.

While ending the session, the screen shows his email account is [email protected] with case number 258790208.

Not sure how much information is stolen yet. I am still trying to figure out the damage that was done to my personal data and finance.
