Received a text on 01-27-2021 from Ms. Rebecca Perez. Stating "You have been approved for Relief Benefit Administration (RBA) grant your unclaimed balance is $95,000. Contact Rebecca Perez via text only". I replied to Ms. Perez and received a text , on 01-29-2021, from Donald J Buckholtz (314 200 4457). He stated to reply with my full legal name to verify I was eligible for a grant. He stated he was an agent of federal government Lutheran Services. Sounds like a scam but will update once and if I receive a 2nd reply

Received a text from Barr. Donald J. Buckholtz, saying approved for an Economics Development grant. $95,000. I have never applied for a loan. Pretty sure a scam.

He is a Member of Wichita Falls Job Post on Facebook (@donaldj.buckholtz). He is asking for an Administrative and Support Services Banking person to deposit and send money to his workers. You would keep $100 a day which he said was 10%. He said that "he gets used cars shipped from State to other country all around" and that he is on a ship which is why he can't pay the workers instead. This sounds fishy. Can he be investigated? I called him through messenger just now. He has a foreign accent!!!
