The manager told me That he would need me to send a picture of the front and back of my debit card and ID to his personal cell number so he can verify my card. I’ve never in my life have had to send a picture of my debit card and ID to a dominoes employee to me that just seemed very sketchy and off. He then told me if I don’t want to send him the picture then I don’t have to eat and rudely hung up the phone on me. Not sure if it’s a new policy where you have to send A picture of your ID and card information to an employee‘s phone number just so they can confirm your food I would really look into this if I were you guys because this sounds very off and illegal, Disrespectful, And highly unprofessional method for an employees to require Photos of that information to their personal phone numbers. I hung up the phone and told the manager that I would report this because it doesn’t sound right

I had my credit card and debit card compromised through Dominos Pizza with three attempts at fraudulent charges, two successful. It appears that Dominos has had this ongoing issue since 2014. They need to do a better job of securing customer information.
