I was told by this person they had a litter of schipperkee puppies for sale. They showed a picture of the litter. They said they needed 400.00 deposit to hold one, so I sent it over the pay app zelle. They said that they could have him here in a few days. Great! Then I asked them if they had all the dogs paperwork and they said yes,but they were needing the final payment. That is where I felt something was wrong. As soon as I told her I wanted a refund on the deposit all communications stopped. I went online and the site she was on was taken down. Zelle doesn’t want to hear about it. They say once you send the money it's out of their hands. It seems like these scammers like to use zelle just for that reason. Zelle really doesn't care who uses their site as long as they make that dollar.
