They leave a voicemail saying if you don't get in contact with them, your power will be cut off in 30 min.They said I was three months behind on payments and I will need 300.00 to keep my power on. I was only 1 month behind and found the bill and explained that my payment was credited. So they said that it may be a computer problem, but if you send the 300.00 and we correct the problem we will credit it to you account. I called dominion va power to check, after I told them that I will call them back. I found out that I only owed combined for may & june, $ 67.00 and dominion has suspended cutting off service. So they didn't get the 300.00 and my power is still on.

I received a voice mail call at 1:59 on 2/11/2020 stating they were dominion energy and i was on schedule to have my electrical service disconnected, and requested a call back. I called back and got a voice mail and left my cell number. The reason i thought it may be real is last month my electric bill was -$46 and this month the bill is $0. I went on line to my account and it shows $0 due.
