Called and said my power was scheduled to be turned off in the next 30 min. Stated I wasn't able to make a payment over the phone with my check or bank card, i had to get a moneypak card. when i realized what was going on i was bombarded with calls from "billing" and "collection" department from all different numbers saying the technician was in my neighborhood and I needed to make a payment and record a confirmation number immediately. The man i was speaking with was Shaun Hays at 1-800-462-8592 EX. 112.

This scammer has called 6 times since 10am it is now 2pm currently and they are threatening to cut off the power to our place of business if we don’t give them a credit card number and pay them immediately. We have told them multiple times we would contact authority. It is becoming a harassment issue.
