Phone rang at 10:15 am on Feb. 14, 2020, with an automated message - very clear and professional sounding voice - saying that the caller was Dominion Power and the power would be shut off to our business within one hour due to "deliquency on account." The message said to call the following number: 1-800-543-7814. The administrative assistant called the number. "Daniel Green" picked up the phone and said he was with Dominion Power. He was very convincing to her. He asked if we were a commerical account. She said yes. He said that our business was three months in arrears and someone was on the way to cut power within the 45 minutes to one hour unless immediate payment was made. Administrative assistant said she had to contact her boss and would need to call him back. He said to call back at 1-800-543-7814, ext. 1028. He said Dominion Power had sent letters for lack of payment but received no response from the business. He said last three payments were not reflected on the account. The amount past due was $1,498.00.

She was disconnected.

When she called back she spoke with Frank Alvarez. He said he was Daniel Green's supervisor and that he was with Dominion Power billing. He said that our business was three months in arrears and someone was on the way to cut power within the 45 minutes to one hour unless immediate payment was made. He said Dominion Power had sent letters for lack of payment but received no response from the business. The amount past due was $1,498.00.

I called back, the party answered the phone with a heavy foreing accent and said Dominion Power. I said I was returing a phone call to Frank Alvarez. She said "one moment and I will connect you." Within one minute, Frank Alvarez came on the phone saying that he was a Dominion Power finance specialist. He repeated everything to me he had said to administrative assistant. He insisted that I take cash to a nearby CVS or Kroger to make the immeidate payment and he "would try to stop the truck from arriving a disconnecting the service." I told him I was not going to do that. He tarried with me for about 5-minutes and said that he would need to "speak to his supervisor" and would call me back in 5-minutes. He said that he would assign a case number, for me "get a pencil and pad and let me know when you are ready to ake down the information." The case number he assigned was "***." He said to "hang on to that number whil Dominion's finance departemtn conducted an investigation."

He did not call back.

Received a 30 second voicemail from "Dominion Energy" regarding a disconnect notice for today. I was instructed to call 757-593-0501 and select 2 to be connected to billing and get my account up to date. (I did not return the call).

Received a voicemail (phone did not ring, call does not show up in call log) from 757-593-3591. Computer generated voice stated my service was to be disconnected today (voicemail received at 7:28pm) due to non-payment. Currently have a credit from last bill. Instructed to call 757-593-7082 with payment. SPAM!

Received an automated call from 866-366-4357 stating that we have 30 minutes to pay our bill or our electricity will be shut off. It stated to call 800-320-1059 to do a payment over the phone. Our Account is 100% current, with Proof documentation. Hung up.

the caller id on my phone shows 757-857-2112 Spam? Dominion. They have been calling 3-4 times a day but have not been leaving msgs. I finally answered today and told them they are all over the news, laughed and hung up.

Received a call at my business saying we need to make an immediate payment or our electric would be cut off

call that showed that it was from Dominion came across the caller id. when answered an automated voice stated that the electrical service was going to be suspended due to no payment in the next 30minutes. then 1-866-337-3058 was repeated twice informing that we needed to contact the billing department to pay the account in full, before service was to be suspended.

calling Dominion power directly and not using the number that was stated during the call, it was found that the bill was not outstanding and the number that was given was not on any of the contact information for Dominion Power.

Received a voice message from (267)762-0365 claiming to be from Dominion Energy stating that I have an outstanding balance on my power bill account and they threatened to turn off my service. I do not have an account with Dominion Energy under my name so I know it's a scam. For the past three weeks I received the same voice message from different phone numbers
