Scammer left a voice mail saying my power to my business would be cut off because payment hasn't been received. Called the business back. They weren't able to give me the account numbers, address, and asked to verify me via phone number only. They said the account was locked bc payment was due (not true).

Keep calling Applied Technical Services and state they are calling from Dominion Energy. He stated that our bill was past due and electricity was to be turned off and wanted us to pay the bill.

Called our business and told us our electricity was going to be cut off unless I called a number and made payment in full.

My husband received a call from the scammer, saying that our electrical service will be disconnected withing 25 minutes and then provide him this number to call back 1877-999-0098 and resolve the issue, so I called them. Then someone saying Rafael Molina as the manager will tell us that we have to pay $400.00 dollars in order to resolve the account issue and unblock the account. I told him that it was impossible that they gave us so short notice, and he answered that this is why they gave us a call. Thanks to a friend and the main page of Dominion Energy we found out this was a scam, but they were willing us to pay the whole $400.00 and call them back...and they said that they will guarantee the money back withing 24 hours...just a terrible scammer, and 30 minutes later he called me like nothing is happening... from this other number 1800-317-4545. This is one of the reasons why our world is the way it is, and for many people not willing to really work and do something good for their own lives and others. Please share this with all family and friends, these people need to go to jail.

I received a letter from Doninio Energy stating that a check was issued to me in the amount of $52.63 on 03/06/2014 check no.753196. They also stated that the funds remained unclaimed and to send my personal information to receive these funds. When I called the customer service number, the representative had no idea as to what I was talking about.I hung up after she asked me for call back information.

At 13:56 today I received a phone call at my place of business that looked legit from Dominion Energy. The phone number was the proper number. They told me they were going to disconnect my power today due to an overdue bill. The thing is, I don't have a business account with them. My landlord does. Once I stated that they said they would check and hung up.

Received a phone call at our business on Thursday, July 13th at 3:30 pm claiming to be Dominion Energy threatening to disconnect our power if we did not pay our bill immediately. Our monthly bill is paid by EFT so we knew it was a scam.
