A man by the name of dominick valeri scammed my boyfriend and I out of 1050 $ by application fees and [censored]. He requested that we needed to give him two months rent before getting to SEE the apartment so we knew this was scam likely. He also blames his “ex tenants” for righting this reports. He is a SCAMMER

There was a fraudulent Craigslist apartment listing that I applied for ($50) and sent a "refundable" security deposit ($800) through Zelle linked to my **** ** ******* account. I have started a claim with **** ** *******/Zelle through their fraud division, but the money has been removed from my account and they are unsure if or when the money will be returned. There is an extremely competitive rental market in my area, and my name, address, date of birth, car make and model and license plate number, and driver's license number has been collected. The emails associated with the scam are [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]. The phone number associated with the scammer is 551-213-8742.
