I purchased a domain at domain.com and was offered to add Constant Contact as a free trial. I tried canceling the free trial to no avail, I kept getting billed. I called and emailed and kept getting promises that the service had been canceled, still I kept getting billed. Finally reached someone that was able to confirm a cancellation and at that point they refused to give me a refund for the money I'd paid.
