I made a purchase totaling $50.97 on 9/29/2020. I saw the company on Face Book and clicked on the site. I ordered four products. I received two of them, (the less expensive ones) but the two more expensive items (which were $19.99 each) were never sent to me. Instead I received two cheap one dollar items( they were actually marked $1.00). .... see attachment below ... I contacted the company, via email, and they apologized and assured me the items would be coming. Well, it's two months later and now they stated they are "willing" to reimburse me 60% of the cost of the two more expensive items that I paid for, but not 100%. They originally started out offering me a 20% or 30% of the money for the two products that I did not receive. What a scam! I continue to refuse to accept the "so called offers." I believe that no matter what I might accept they have no intention of reimbursing me anything. I attempted to find them on Face Book but they obviously have removed their ads and possibly have created "new business names" in order to pursue this scam. Anything that you can do to help, even if I don't get my money back, will make me feel good. I just hope to save others from losing money like I have. Thank you.....
