I was looking for a loan online and I got a phone call from a guy that said his name James Franklin (210-529-7557) and said he could help me with my loan he said I could get $3000 36 months payment 99.00 a month that said great to me he asked all my questions and then said he need $100 to process the loan he said to get a paypal my cash vouch and call him back (I thought it was a little weird that I need money up front I never need money to get other loans) so I got it and he called me the next day (#2142388202) and I gave him the code off the card and then he said the bank will call and make sure they had the right info to put my money in my account. Well about 1 hour want by and someone called 800-4321000 and said they were from a bank and they are able to put my money in my account as soon as I pay $270 I got mad and told him it wasn't right that I had to pay all this money to get my money. He hung up fast. I got a phone call about 2 hours later 800 432-1000 and 800-432-1000 and said if I didn't pay the $270 that they wer going to cancel my loan.They scammed me out of $100 and they are not getting any more. I told them I was going to report it to BBB and they hung up on me.
