I spent about $22 on tea and tea accessories including the shipping fee. I accidentally put the wrong shipping address so they emailed me about it and I replied to their email with the correct address. I hadn't received my order over a month later so I emailed them about it. They say they never received my reply (which was showing in my email sent folder) so they shipped it to the wrong address and it was sent back to the warehouse. Originally the customer support agent said I could get a refund/coupon (more like a voucher) for the entire $22 which included shipping but when I asked just to get my order they changed it to I would only be getting back the cost of the order without shipping. They also said if they were to reship the order I'd have to pay shipping twice. Basically I'd have to pay shipping twice for one order or lose money and not receive anything I ordered.
