I recently ordered a doll for my daughter from this company. It was not at all what was described. I initiated a refund immediately after opening it as their site states that it must be done within 15 days. They claim that they must first receive complaint, then they will provide a proper return address and at cost to me I would return the doll before they issue refund. Seven days later and instead of giving me a return address they have offered 10-15% refund and that I keep the doll. They are a scam, I am out of $113 dollars, my daughter is disappointed and without a doll she was looking forward to. Please repost or somehow get the word out that this company is a scam, and trash just like the products they use to scam people with

I purchased a doll about two months ago and within that time I received an email stating that it was delivered but when I checked I really did not receive anything try to callI’ve had no response through email I paid $115 for this doll and I have not received my money back either. Can someone help please thank you.

I did not receive what I paid for. No way I would have paid including shipping over $100 for what I was sent. I want my money back but do not know how to get in touch with the company or an email for contacting. If anyone has any ideas on how to help me I would greatly appreciate it. Below is pictures of what I ordered and what I received.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered my daughter a reborn baby on 8-26-2020. After shipping I paid $112.99. Today 9-19-2020 it came in the mail with no tracking emails and was not anything close to what we ordered. I am so mad right now. I could have went to the dollar store and paid $20 for what they sent me. If anyone has any input on how to get my money back I would greatly appreciate it.

Purchased “real life” doll on July 1. After multiple contact and being told to be patient, told I was going to be given a $10 credit to my card etc, I finally reported to my credit card used. They immediately sent me an email and told me to stop and tried to offer a fake shipping information. Today on August 22 I received a cheap doll that is absolutely nothing like was ordered!

Were you able to get your money back? My daughter’s just came in and is definitely not worth the money I spent and nothing like we ordered.
