Pop up on computer said contact Microsoft with number. Contacted them and gave access to computer. Also gave them router number and paypal info. Found out after that it was not Microsoft, but Dolfix. Paid 399.99 e-check to remove a trojan horse and 199.99 pay pal Domgarfor another removal. Found out neither were actually Microsoft and they were misrepresenting themselves. Contacted Microsoft directly and they removed viruses that were likely added by companies we gave access.
